Parental Control's Playtime Report is Broken

About four weeks ago I stopped receiving weekly playtime reports for my account. Customer service attempted to reset my parental controls but nothing has restarted the reports. I have been told it is impossible to get the old data from the missing reports and now four weeks have passed with no resolution.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue recently with this service in the Parental Controls?

I was using these reports to monitor the activity on the account and verify how much time was being spent playing (and verifying the dates and times) so I could decide if restrictions were needed, but now that I can no longer get the reports each week or fill in the gaps for the missing weeks I have to resort to hunting for a third-party addon to fulfill a service the Parental Controls were supposed to provide.

I doubt it, Killenger, I don't think any data was lost. Hopefully you'll be able to generate reports as normal once this issue is resolved.
