Charge Back Problems

Hey there,

I've been on and off WoW for awhile now. (Waiting for Cata!)

I took a break a while ago now, months ago. Cut along story short, I came back to WoW realised I was unable to login. Checked my Email Inbox and I had all these Charge Back Emails a fair few of them. Then one saying I owe over $300. I rang billing, they gave me back my Account and nothing was said About the Charge Backs so obiousely it got Paid? Maybe possibly? My account was a wreak, all gear on it but a fair bit of gold on each Characters. Farmers were on it, I could tell. All characters had mining/herb etc and were in WG mining. Plus multiple level ones. I forgot about it thought it was the end of it, attached an Authenticator and Transferred my Main (Warrior) to a New Account. His the only one I play so.. Didn't care for the others. Got an email saying my other Account on the Bnet is locked I'm like eh okay whatever I don't care. Then I logged in.. My Warrior was locked.

Let's get too the point, I emailed billing. I'll pay for the Warrior whatever his chargeback is. But I'm not paying over $300 too get all my Characters back just too unlock my Warrior for something I didn't even do. I rang billing and they said I just can't unlock my Warrior I need to pay the full amount.

This is ridiculous.

Any way I can dispute this?

Thanks

Unfortunately, I simply don't have the resources or information you require. >u.u< My knowledge is more geared towards in-game issues - a Billing representative would be much more appropriate to contact regarding the situation.
