I recently called up blizzard and repaid all chargebacks on my wow accounts and 1 of the two accounts unlocked but one of my accounts did not. Is there a reason or was the account just not unlocked on accident.

It looks like access may have just been delayed, Emmerie. You should be able to log in now.
