Race Change Problem

So I've been trying to change my rogues race from a Night Elf to a Gnome for a while now, but everytime I try it always tells me that the credit card information is wrong when I know for a fact that it is correct. Any suggestions? Did this happen to anyone else?

Does Blizzard perhaps sell race change cards that you can buy at GameStop or something? That would be much easier. Thanks :)

I'm afraid we don't offer pre-purchased cards for our Paid Character Transactions at this time, Medved, though I would love to see that posted in our Suggestion forums!
