Patch 4.0 Download

I'm afraid the data is not available from anywhere else at this time, Issaru, but this information isn't necessarily meant to be downloaded all at once. The downloader is designed to be unobtrusive, in the background, and to download at a fairly slow interval, as to not interfere with your gameplay or other web surfing activities.

If you are having any issues with the downloader, however, you will want to visit our Technical Support forums. You should be able to find the assistance you require there. =) I've also included a link to our Technical Support's sticky on current issues regarding the downloader.
