Prepaid credit cards may be rejected by our payment system due to address verification issues, Niightstar, although several players use them on a fairly frequent basis without error.

With that said, I do not know if $30.00 would cover the cost due to exchange rates. Be sure to place enough money on the card to cover the rate of exchange as well as the $1.00 “fee” Hathios mentioned. This $1.00 ping is only to verify the card is a valid credit card and will be reversed back into your available balance.

You will not have to pay tax since you are in Canada. But as I stated, you will need to be concerned with the exchange rate.

You may wish to contact a bank or a Foreign Exchange office as they may be able to provide you a more accurate conversion.

Keep in mind you are converting $25 US Dollars to Canadian Dollars though, not the other way around.
