Recover Old Account

I recently got hacked and had to call Blizzard Support line to get my current account back and fixed, and while trying to get this account back they found my old account that I had lost the information to from about a year ago. I said wrong account that I needed help with at the time because I was focused on getting my current one back / restored. But now I'm wondering if I could get my old account restored as well because I have multiple characters on there I would love to play. Anyone have thoughts on how I could go about getting it back? GM response would be amazing

Assuming you are able to verify the old WoW account and your current battle.net account, our billing representatives would be able to attach it to the same battle.net account.
