Account locked.

Hi, I am writing this on behalf of my father. He had his account locked due to suspicious activity. Which in itself isn't a problem to fix. But the problem is his account email was never updated when he changed ISP so the password reset email is being sent to his old non-existent inbox. How can this be rectified?

He'll want to contact Billing as soon as possible.

They can often verify ID over the phone and help get this sort of thing corrected.
