New patch available?

Every time i click on WoW the launcher tells me that the data for the next patch is available and download will start when i exit WoW. LIke it normally does when there is a patch. I thought that the new patch wasn't ready yet so when i exited WoW the downloader popped up but didn't load. After some waiting an error message showed up saying something like there was no data available to download. Is anyone else receiving this? And does anyone know why it says data is ready when I am pretty sure it isn't out yet?

As others have indicated, this is preparation for an upcoming patch. The patch itself, however, is not yet available for play (though you may preview it on our Public Test Realms).
