In-Game Ticket System

This is not so much an issue as a pat on the back to Blizzard's customer service.

I was rather annoyed the last day as it has taken over 24 hours for my ticket to be answered; being a 5 yr loyal customer I remember when ticketing took 2 hours at most.

I received Quel'delar, Might of the Faithful a few months back and since that time have found it to be useless compared to the 1hander. I was not expecting a replacement for the 1hander let alone a replacement for the enchant as well seeing as it has been so long.

Needless to say I got the one hander and a brand new enchant (berserking, mind you) with no problems and with kind support. I really do appreciate your customer service associates and their understanding.

That is excellent, Pharstar, thank you for letting us know. Queue times fluctuate a great deal and we are always looking into more ways that we can help with an issue a player may be having which is part of why queue times have risen lately. Our teams are working on reducing that response time and have made great strides. We aren't done yet but appreciate the kind words.
