What else can I do to check my system

so I've order authenticator, ran malware checks, ran virus checks and changed my account password since I got hacked, is there anything else I should be checking for, the malware check and virus scan came up clean so how else would they have gotten information?
the windows phishing filter is on, mcafee security center is fully enabled.

Any suggestions are welcome.
