Faction Change mail issue

Today around 12pm (eastern standard time) I tried to Faction change this character Ferallust, but before I put any info into the credit card thing I made sure I deleted all the mail in my mail box (there was only 2) and logged out promptly waited about 10 minutes or so made sure there was no login restrictions on the faction change, and preceded with the transaction but as I got to the character selection page and selected the toon and clicked I Agree the page refreshed itself and there was a red box saying there was mail in the mail box and being a little confused I logged in and there was nothing there, so I waited an hour just incase there was any incoming mail and there wasn't so once again I went through the same instruction as I did before and the red box popped up once again.. So almost 6 hours later and this problem seems to continue, can someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong give me further instructions?

Multiple threads would not be recommended, especially given the time frame involved. If your post falls off the first page you are welcome to bump it. Those of us who moderate this forum address what threads we can as we see them, as long as the post is on the first page it is possible that we'll notice and look into your request.
