RAF not working.

I RAF'd my wife, she upgraded from the trial to a Vanilla WoW account and subsribed for the month. It's been over 3 days (since upgrading), we aren't able to summon, or get bonus XP. In account management, it still says she's a trial account. The social restrictions lifted pretty much within the day, but we still can't get the bonuses that are advertised.

Within my account management, it's still saying she's been invited and she accepted the trial. It doesn't show that she's subscribed.

Does she show one - or two accounts, Santain?

Sometimes folks install the full game instead of upgrading the linked trial account.

This does look to have been the case, Santain.

There were two trials, but the one that was upgraded was not the one that was created under the RAF.

Billing will be the ones that need to assist in getting this sorted out.

Based on what I see, this is what happened:

WoW 1 was created as a trial at 9/6/2010 9:13 AM
WoW 2 was created using recruit a friend at 9/6/2010 9:14 AM (A minute after the trial)

WoW 1 has characters and WoW 2 has zero characters. In cases like this, I have seen players often times, click 'Add trial' >then use their RAF key(which adds a new trial) and end up playing/upgrading the first account.

This is essentially what I think may have occurred. I understand the frustration, however only our billing and account services team can fix this. They should be opening up in an hour(7am pst).
