Moblie Authenticator help

i need some help one of my guildys phone got factory reset by the manufacter and his authenticator on his android (LG Eve) wont sinc back up to his account ... he cant post on his Behalf because he can not log in to his account so im am for him.

Hi Whytehouse,

As others have mentioned, your friend will need to contact our billing and account services team.

Your friend will need to fully verify the account and provide one of the following:
    Digital serial number found on the Mobile Authenticator
    Classic World of Warcraft CD Key
If your friend have misplaced his CD key or did not write down the digital serial number he will need to fill out and send the following web form to accountservices@blizzard.com:
