As others have mentioned, your friend will need to contact our billing and account services team.
Your friend will need to fully verify the account and provide one of the following:
Digital serial number found on the Mobile Authenticator
Classic World of Warcraft CD Key
If your friend have misplaced his CD key or did not write down the digital serial number he will need to fill out and send the following web form to accountservices@blizzard.com:
