I was in a ICC 25 last week, the Loot Master quit the group at Sourfang right before he died, thus all loot was his, he says it was by mistake, we invited him back to the group, he accepted, tried to pass out loot but could not, I have put in 2 GM in game tickets and No help yet, how can this be, these are hard enough to get, with the fail groups half the time :( and this one I get into is good, and I win the roll and Dont get my mark of sanc? thats just bad business I think, Please if you can help, I have the characters name, he is online now, I have told him that a GM would be talking to him, but he says no one has yet, and thats 2 GM tickets later...

Thank you

In the case of the Raid Leader legitimately needing Game Master assistance to redistribute loot, Ænel, they would need to contact us themselves to do so.

However, if you feel that there were some kind of shenanigans going on, and believe a Scam has occurred, then submitting a petition (which you seem to have done already) is the best course of action. Please note that in the majority of cases, while we may be able to reclaim loot or action an account for scamming, we may not be able to redistribute loot. Unfortunately, and ultimately for privacy reasons, our Game Masters are unable to divulge what actions they have taken after an investigation is complete.

If you have any questions regarding Scams or Blizzard's stance on 'ninja looting,' I've provided some links below that would be of great interest to you.
