Faction Change / Mail in Mailbox Error

Hi,

I recently purchased a faction change for this character and it keeps saying this error message in game:

"Please remove all mail before changing race or faction."

I checked my toon and deleted all the messages I saw, and it is still saying this message after about half an hour.

I have cleared Yamigekido's in-game inbox. You should give it a few minutes, but the Faction Change process should now be available for your character. :0)
