In situations where you may receive an email from a GM in your in game mailbox the e-mail sent to your in game mailbox would be from "Customer Support", Cyraxwins. It is important to note that it would have a Blizzard icon, and the letter itself will have a Blizzard watermark. If your mail did not display any of these characteristics then it was not from an official Blizzard representative.
