Over the weekend I ran a ToC (normal) and won a need roll for a trinket, but never received it. I attempted to loot it directly from the boss, but I kept getting the "You do not have permission to loot this corpse" message. My bags weren't full, either.

I sent in a ticket about it that night, but response I got was that I lost the loot roll and that the trinket had been delivered to another player, though the chat logs showed that no one received it during the entirety of the run. Am I going crazy?
Edit: This was in pug group via the random dungeon finder, and the loot settings were Need Before Greed. Forgot to add that stuff, ty Masq! :)
