Cannot log onto character

Last week I initiated a character transfer and faction change and everything went according to plan. But now, just in the last few minutes I'm getting an error message for my character saying that:

"You cannot log in until the character update you recently initiated is complete."

I've been looking around the forums and this seems to be tied to accounting and billing mucking up the pooch. Is there anything I can do that isn't calling them, because it's an arm and a leg to call blizzard support from where I am.

Unfortunately, Hearthstorm, it looks like there may have been a complication with the purchase. This can happen when either our security protocols are your banks reviews the transaction as it processes and finds an issue.

If you contact our Billing and Account Services during business hours they should be able to help straighten this out and get those characters unlocked.
