My brother's account has been hacked.

I just need information on what I should do. His account has been hacked, an account merged to his account and all his characters stolen. It also says he is banned from the forums and he cannot log on to wow no matter how many times it is changed.

Can a GM contact my email and they can work on his stuff from there, because he has been hacked in a way that he cannot do anything about it besides call which he has been in que for for about 3 hours.
