Brewfest refund?

I misclicked making a Brewfest purchase, and purchased the "Brew of the Month" Membership Form when I intended to purchase a Brewfest dress.

I've opened a ticket, but I'm curious if a refund or exchange is even possible. I don't want to clog the ticket queue if this isn't possible.
