so this is the 2nd time my account got hacked, I abandoned my first account because blizzard did nothing after I sent 3-4 emails (this was back when accounts were merged - which was the dumbest idea I've ever heard of. yay, now my email gets hacked along with my wow account.) and they did nothing.

can I expect to even get this account back? please be straight up so I can find out how to cancel my scrip. at the moment I cant even do THAT because you need an authenticator code to do that

Seems a rather bold statement to make, Lavabeardtwo, and one that seems a bit unlikely depending on the circumstances. In nearly ever case we will try to help, though much depends on how long after the compromise took place was the matter reported and what can be verified.

Can you give me the name and realm of a character on that account, Lavabeartwo? I would be delighted to look into your claims of "doing nothing".

As for your current situation you'll want to use the Account Recovery form which you can find more information on in the following thread.

also: my account was restored, I received ad email for it, however there is still an authenticator attached to the character

The restoration process is different from the account recovery. If you used the Account Recovery form that has been links that will occur once processing is complete.

edit: oh the old account?

yeah lavabeard on emerald dream

As for the old account it looks like it is currently locked and is awaiting the registered user to verify their identity so we can return control to them. From what I can see the original name on that account does not match the one on the account that you posting on, which may be why we have thus far been unable to help you.

Good luck with your current account, Lava. If you can provide verification for your previous account you'll want to contact our Billing and Account Services department.

I was 13 when that account was created so it's in my stepdads name

he also pays for my current account

That is perfect, your Step Father should be able to reclaim the account by providing verification. Once he does that and if you are now over 18 you may be able to get the account transferred into your name. :)
