Locked out from a raid w/o running it

OK here is the issue; I am locked out of voa25 despite not doing it at all this week. No one else had been locked out that was in the raid. I know this week I have not done anything on this character so there should be no reason they are locked out of voa25 or anything else and I received no message that I was going to be locked into a preexisting raid. This also happened to my wife this week on her rogue and priest in voa10 where she had been locked out automatically entering the instance without receiving any prompt and everyone else being in the same raid.

Unless someone else has access to your account, Ophith, it appears that you participated in a Vault of Archavon - 25 Man instance on the 21st/22nd around midnight or 1AM. I see you receiving a total of 6 Emblems of Triumph and 2 Emblems of Frost for killing all 4 bosses, though you did not win any loot for this week.

I apologize, Ophith, but our logs are very rarely incorrect, especially over the course of a full 30 minute instance run. It's possible you may not remember doing the instance. Does anyone have access to your login information and password that may have decided to hop onto your computer for a quick run? I don't advise that you ever allow this to happen, but it seems like a fairly logical assumption to make given the circumstances and your adamant stance that you did not participate.
