Hi Blizzard, My wife has a 72hr ban for using an unauthorised cheat progream. Now i sit next to her when we play and we are baffled to why she has been hacked, and still waiting on a ticket after 4 hrs. I would like to know what program she has been using as she only uses normal raid addons like DBM and as such, please explain, Her character is Abie on realm Blackrock
