Why does my forum keep changing characters?

Every time I view the forums I have to log in under Osiria, because my forum privileges on my other license that's under Thrill are banned completely. My problem is, periodically, my name keeps getting changed from Osiria to Thrill (the banned account) and forces me to select Osiria as my posting character again just to talk. This is inconveniencing me from posting when I want and I would like an explanation on how to fix this.

Actually, Osiria, this is not a petition system. We are not able to address each and every thread that is posted here nor are we required to. We provide what advice we can but an answer is not guaranteed.

The advice you were provided was the same that I would have given you.

Actually no it isn't and I'm sorry that you feel that is true. I was working on a response when you made your comment.

Well for one, we tend to address those questions and situations that a normal player wouldn't necessarily have the answer for.
