Can I log in during Character Restoration?

Well I got hacked last night and they put a authenticator on. I then contacted them via email and they got it off and reset my password. I then sent a email to accountservices@blizzard.com i think it is, how long should i expect them to take and can I log on while they are doing it?

As long as the character wasn't transferred, it won't hurt to be online. If a Game Master needs the character for any reason (and those are few), they can message you.

The most important thing at the moment is security. Did you find the source of this? If the source isn't identified, the chances of this happening all over again are VERY high. Both your system and your email account need to be absolutely secure.
