Friends account hacked

Friends account was hacked and he used the form to answer the secret questions and have the password reset but there's still an authenticator connected to the account,. Do you have to phone Blizzard to have it removed or is there an option on Battlenet?


edit. The hacker added the authenticator if that matters

The account should be reviewed relatively quickly, Nighters. Once this is done the Authenticator should be removed and we will make an effort to return any items or characters that may have been taken. Your friend is not required to contact Billing & Account Services.
