Complaint

My complaint regards a faction xfer i did yesterday
After it was complete i logged in to find my achieve points went from 5.5K+ down to 3.5 at first i was like meh ok
until i found several titles missing
i had made a post for this i was logged out when a GM tryed to contact me,but basically the excuse used was

"The Bliss tech crew have done this on purpose because they believe that you have not fought for your faction"

now this is the part that rather annoyed me

i have the following Achieves
For The Alliance
Hero OF the Stormpike
and 6 or more other AV
same with the rest of the BGS

But my achieves like
10M 3D "The Twilight zone"
25M 3D "The Twilight zone(25 player)

both stripped + a few others


now explain why i have the exalted achieve for ICC
"Of the Ashen Verdict"

if anything my PvP achieves should be stripped they are more Faction then some PvE titles and achieves

basically i think whats happend is blizz has stuffed up and wont admit they have made a mistake and yeh made a story up to suit it

so either i want these things fixed or i want a refund on the faction xfer

because i just reread the terms and agreements and it dosnt say anything about losing pve titles etc
and me agreeing to thes "terms and conditions" should have me covered for things like this if it stated i would lose these titles i would have never paid my over price faction change
