Faction Transfer Doable with Paypal?

I have a situation right now, which is that I'm looking to faction transfer a character, but the only online payment option I have available to me right now is Paypal. Since I live in a small town in Canada, no one seems to have prepaid credit cards for sale, which I've used in the past.

I'm just wondering if there is either a way around this, or if anyone has any information/suggestions on how I might find a way to pay for a faction transfer using the means available to me.
