Big account problem.

Hey all,

I've stopped playing on my other account like 2 weeks before the battle.net accounts HAD to be made if you still wanted to play world of warcraft.
Than, somehow, someone took the control of this account and merged it into a battle.net account with his own email.

The only thing I know about this account is

Account name (Not B.net)
Secret question
Name
Last name
MAYBE, I SAY MAYBE. old postal code and phone number back then.



Is there any ways I can get this account back with these information???

I've looked around and the only ways I have found, I either need the B.net account or a e-mail.
Wich i have no idea what it is.

Dire need of big help please.

I was fairly certain there was a webform or something for such cases but I am unable to locate it at the moment.

Lesiin, please contact our Billing and Account Services department during business hours. If you are able to verify that you are the original registered user on the account we will likely be able to update the contact information and give you control of the account.

If you are missing anything on the account, items, gold, characters, etc... our Investigation Team will try to restore what they can but much of what can be done is restricted by what can be verified.

Hm, this situation is mighty complex, and, I'm afraid, would require a lot of information that I am not at liberty to share. =\ Unfortunately, I'm afraid you may need to contact Billing & Account services again regarding this issue - you did not happen to have yet another account involved, perhaps?

I'm sorry, I meant that it would require me to divulge information that I'm really not able to via the forums, nor is it really my place to in this situation.

Just the name and realm of the characters should help immensely in this situation - it should allow the representative you speak with to see the information I am reviewing.

I'm afraid you would need to phone in to have the issue resolved. While I have that information available to me, I don't have the means to resolve your problem. =( My role here is mostly to advise and moderate these forums, and unfortunately, this is not one of the few issues I can assist directly with.
