Unable to upload beta specs

So.. I got a new pc and a week ago updated my new beta specs, or tried to at least. It was successful in deleting my present specs but when i go to download the beta spec app it rescans and completes but doesn't finalize to update my computer specs, i've tried on more then one computer it has to be a blizzard side problem and not my computer being buggy, i just want to get my specs reupdated so i'm eligible for beta.

I am not very tech savvy, Shawks, but it sounds like you may be experiencing a permissions issue. I found this Knowledge Base article that may be of some help:
