Password reset link has expired.

Last week,some problems have occured to my PC and network.
And it made my account locked.
Ive spent some days fixin on it and secruing my computer.
But when I clicked the password reset link,It said 'password reset link has expired'.And I cant get my account unlock.

Now Im usin my brother's account.

Can GM resent a reset E-mail plz?

You can contact our Billing and Account Services department they may be able to give you other options. From what I can see you did not answer the question asked, you provided a different answer that does not appear related.

You didn't confuse me, Antiholy. The answer I gave applies to your question.

If you forgot the answer to your security question you may be able to contact our Billing and Account Services department. They may be able to use other verification methods to help you.

As for the answer to your security question, well I can not give you that but sometimes a little nudge helps. Which is what my answer was to provide. Most people look at their security question after years and assume that they answered the question that was asked because they forgot that they put something else. I'm simply stating that the answer to your question doesn't appear to have anything to do with the question.
