Hacker cheating in WSG

I was just in a WSG where a hacker was teleporting around capturing flags in seconds. He quite literally captured the flag before we had reached the Horde base on our epic mounts. Is there a way to report this guy and get him forcefully removed from the game faster than a GM ticket?
