RAF... too late?

i asked a friend to start WoW and he for the trial and payed for a month, but not by a referral email.

is there any way i can still register him as a Recruited account or will he have to start over to get the benefits?

If you didn't initially send a RAF invitation, I'm afraid there isn't a lot our Billing department can do to remedy this situation, especially after this length of time.

Occasionally, players will install a new full game instead of upgrading their linked trial under the RAF program. If caught early enough, Billing can usually assist with that - but I'm afraid the program is not retroactive.
