PTR fail

Alright, so several people are spamming the PTR forums regarding the "Unable to initialize streaming" bug, and all it takes is to update the downloader client to properly link us to the same downloader that everyone who didn't delete their folder (like they were supposed to do...).

How about giving us a link that's already active? or is that too much to ask?

These are the only PTR links I have available:

PC - http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/downloads/clients/pc/ptr-downloader-enUS.html
Mac - http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/downloads/clients/mac/ptr-downloader-enUS.html

As others have mentioned, all PTR support goes through the PTR forum.
