last night as i logged in to play i seen a real id friend online a lvl 1 rogue in the barrens. i started to talk to him but he never answered. i waited a while then whispered him thinking he may have been afk the 1st time but instead of nothing this time i got ignored. after that i seen him selling saronites in trade, then it hit me.....he was being hacked. thats not my problem tho. my problem is that i tried reporting it but there isnt a report for that so i tried opening a ticket, but of course nothing was done as a gm didnt answer it. why doesnt blizzard have people reading the tickets to find out the importance of each then put them into groups deciding how fast to answer them. or why isnt there a report button for situations like that when i see someone being hacked. that could have saved them more work restoring items. if your worried about people reporting people that arent really being hacked, then dont be stupid and look at the history. if someone has a lvl 1 alt they are selling stuff on at 4 am and they arent normally on a lvl 1 alt at 4 am then there might be a problem. if this is such a big issue for you guys and you really want to stop hacking....dont you think this would help?

Please leave your petition in queue, and make sure you inform us of a name and realm of a character on your friend's account, so that the Game Master who addresses it can ensure they are looking at the right player. Our in-game staff will be with you as quickly as possible. In the mean time, if you are able to contact your friend through other means, I would advise them to check out the following information hubs regarding Account Compromises.
