Guild Bank cleaned despite limited access

After a guildie whose account wasn't active got hacked last week, I demoted all inactive characters to have no access to the guild bank. Only left one character per active account with access to it, with a limit of 5 items per day. Two days ago, another guildie got hacked. They took almost everything from the guild bank, despite the 5 items per tab a day limit. How is this even possible? Seems the guild bank limits are bugged or vulnerable to some sort of hack.

We are aware of vulnerability that the Guild Bank currently has when dealing with daily withdraw limits, Lydra. If a character in your guild was compromised, and you are finding that those limits have been circumvented, then I would urge you-as the guild leader-to submit an in-game petition. Our Game Masters will be able to investigate the situation and hopefully restore any items that were taken. :0)
