An unauthorized authenticator is now attached to my account.

Is it possible for a gm to remove it.

Also can you lock my account. Thank you.

They were on the account, so I asked this be locked for your protection.

To have added this, your email IS compromised. There is a verification that goes out now, there is no other way they could have attached that to this account.

I'd first do a full security sweep of your system, and you need to either secure your email - or set another totally unrelated one up for Battle.net. Personally, I just wouldn't ever trust an email again I knew had been compromised, but that's really up to you.

This sticky may be useful.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

Normally we send out instructions on unlocking an account, but since we know they are into your email, that would be a bit self-defeating.

Once you are absolutely certain things are secure you need to fill out this webform and ask this be unlocked.
