RAF Troubles

So, I referred a friend of mine to wow, he accepted invite, got trial. Then he immiedietly bought the vanilla wow digital copy and then the BC. He upgraded the trial. The problem is this: he's still considered a trial. As in, his wow subscription is listed as 'WoW1' the way it is for PTR and trials. He looks up his acct management tab and sees that his upgrade is 'pending' along with some other stuff pending. He also says he was chosen for free 30 days because he bought BC or something and asked me if after his acct becomes normal he doesn't pay for the next month, but I don't know. Biggest quesion is still, when will his trial turn into a normal acct? He starts it on the 11th of September so will it auto upgrade on Sept 21...? On a sidenote he says he paid for 2 months... Yet I'm only seeing 'your accounts are linked' in my reward zone. When do I get mount and 30 days? Also suppose he pays one month at a time instead of 2 months, will I still get the mount when he pays a second time? Final question: after his acct is normalized, whee does the ability to summon him appear? I know how but if he is a trial can he still be summoned?

Thanks, and sorry for the boatload of questions.

Well, the good news is it looks like he did properly upgrade his RAF trial that is linked to yours. Often, folks will make a new account instead of upgrading their linked trial - so that there isn't an issue in this case.

Now, it can take up to 72 hours for this to fully process through. Doesn't normally take that long, but it can.

30 days comes with a basic account. As to your rewards, those come after he's actually been billed for 2 months - and if paying by credit card, those don't actually bill until all free time has expired.

If gametime cards are applied for the time, those are applied immediately.

Does that help answer your questions?

If you are properly linked and can summon, the xp should be there - according to the program rules of course.

Levels between you, levels of creatures hunted, grouped, etc.

That shows up in the combat log.
