...the character update process you recently initiated is complete.

thats what i read when i try to log in this character.
I did move it from realms but that was on 5/2/2010 and i used this character several times on the new realm untill it got locked down out of nowhere and has been this way for over a month.

I didn't initiate any character update process.

So, i need some help unlocking it. Thanks in advance.

On this account Razr? I'd need a character name/realm on the account in question to look a bit farther into this, but this does sound like it will be a Billing issue.

I'd be happy to see what I can find out, however.
