I'm not sure what clarification I can provide, Camielia. All the relevant information has already been given, including a reference to a post by a colleague of mine regarding a similar issue.
Just because a post does not include 'blue text' does not mean it should be taken for granted - any who have accounts in good standing are permitted to post here, and quite frequently provide just as good or occasionally better information than myself or the other Customer Service Representatives who post here.
