Where did my ticket go?

I had put in a ticket with a question yesterday, and then the entire battlegroup crashed.

I believe that they escalated these tickets to be handled later (?)

I was just sitting here and I'm now magically flagged for a GM survery, without any ticket response or in-game mail. I posed two questions there about zone disruption, and then about a glitched mob kill.

Is this further escalated or what happened?
