I have a ticket in, not sure if I did something wrong or not.

There have been some adjustments, but it's possible it could hang a bit at certain points. Don't feel alone, my first character tabbed out waiting there to check my email :)

*note to self - don't do that at the mouth of the tunnel during that escort*

He should reset, however. I just don't recommend remaining in that area if more than a few minutes go by and it appears the event has stalled.
