Account Banned For Being Hacked! Help!

Hello,

I've been out of town for business and I get back yesterday to find out that my account was banned for "hacks". I obviously was hacked because they tried to transfer characters off the realm and such yet I am "banned". While away a friend told me he saw me on yet he knew it wasn't me because I was away.

If you look at the account and think logically, I def want boting or using a level service. Why would I use a leveling service on an account of 7 80's that I leveled from scratch? This really needs to be looked into because I have played this account for 4 years now and this just inst fair. I can see the account being locked or what have you but BANNED, that is just wrong.

I know the person on the account must have messed with the game world or whatever but why should I be penalized? Just undo what they did, I don't care. Its just sucks because I have 7 80s on that account including my main and you know how long it takes to level...

Please Help!

Thank you for the response. I just got an email back saying they reviewed the account again but still won't life the ban. Can't they check IPs? I have a second account that I play with too and if they checked that you can obviously see its two different IP addresses. Also its been, I would say, about 3 weeks? I'm not to sure on the date but I changed my password now. Like I said ive been out and away for quite awhile now. Are there different levels in wowaccountadmin? I just don't feel that this issue is truly being investigated properly and at length.

Heya Arstaria,

The only department that can make the decision is Account Admin, and they can only be contacted by way of the email:

Unfortunately, if you have already received a response, there is not much the CSF can do for you. The ones that handle player disputes go through that department not the CSF. If you have any further questions please contact the appropriate department once again here:
