Argent Tournament Broken?

This character was originally Undead and was faction changed to Alliance. Argent Tournament was reset properly then and I was able to make progress fine. However I changed back to Horde as a Blood Elf and I haven't done anything with the tournament since, but I decided to check it out today. I was unable to pick up dailies from any Horde champions and I can't do quests to "restart" the tournament. The only quests I can get are the dailies from the Sunreavers and from the Argent Crusade champions (Threat from Above and such).

Is there something that could be done to remedy this?

In very rare situations, when you Faction Transfer or Race Transfer a character who is midway progressed through the Argent Tournament, and transfer back, it can get 'stuck' like this. =( Luckily, a Game Master is often able to fix these sorts of issues fairly quickly once they receive the petition.
