No Sealed Chest

I just got Shadowmourne this week and have not downed the Lich King on 10 man this week.

Tonight, my guild killed the Lich King on 25man.
The quest : The Lich King's Last Stand completed and I hastefully jumped off the side in excitement to complete the quest (I know). Upon entering, I turned in the quest and was suprised when there was not a Sealed Chest in my bags.

A guild member who completed it before me promptly informed me that I had to loot the quest starter item off the Lich King.
I returned to the Frozen Throne, but cannot loot him any more after turning in the quest.

I have several angry guild members and am currently awaiting a GM response.

Has this happened to anyone else?

If you have not done so already, Aysa, go ahead and submit an in-game petition. Our Game Masters should be able to assist with this kind of issue. =)
