What good is the "suggestions" forum?

No blizzard employees seem to respond to any of the ideas that are posted there. Therefore since this is a GM moderated forum I'll post my suggestions here.

To what end? Those who moderate this forum are not developers/programmers nor are we liaisons with them. We moderate this forum and provide what advice we can regarding in-game and other support related issues.

Our Developers and Community Managers are simply unable to provide feedback regarding your suggestions though posts made in that forum are continually reviewed they are unable to comment on it directly.

Your opinion is appreciated, Hhajvlirvw, and though our Developers appreciate the feedback our customers provide they are the ones that determine what may or may not make it into the game. There are many factors involved that determine if a suggestion can or can not be implemented. It can be anything from simple technical limitations to game design.
