Upgrade Problems.

So I recently made this account, and want to upgrade to full. When I enter my information, however, it says that it cannot be verified or that it cannot upgrade with this information. The last time I upgraded an account, it got banned for advertisement and/or spamming that I do not remember doing. Could this account closure be the reason why the credit card isn't working anymore?

If you continue to have the same issues after this has been fixed, please call Billing and Account services to help you with the upgrade here:

    Account Services
    Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc
