COD trade failure! Lost 500 gold!

I have never done cod trade, and i pressed reply and sent 500 gold to a player named "moobacca" ( the B in his name is not normal, i cant make it ) and then tried to take the nerubian chitin and it said i didnt have enouph gold cuz i only have 300 left after i sent the gold. He says he never got the gold and wont give me the chitin. Plz help me blizzzzzarD!

Unfortunately, you will have to submit a petition in this case, a GM will investigate the situation. If the money has been claimed, there is a possibility that they may not be able to reverse it, as there is no guarantee we will be able to restore the money.
