Chance of getting item exchanged?

Approx time of problem: 11:30PM EST, Sept. 25, 2010
Name of item accidently purchased: Lightsworn Headpeice (Healer)
Name of item wanted: Lightsworn Headpeice (DPS)

Hello,
I got my 95 frosts badges finally, but when I bought it I didn't notice that I bought the healer Lightsworn Headpeice instead of the DPS one, before I noticed I gemmed it, which means I cant exhange it.

Could it be switched to DPS please?

Whats the chance a GM will exchange the item for me? also, Ive never sent in a ticket before and it isn't giving me an approximate time on how long it will take. Whats the average response time right now?

I don't care too much about the gems I wasted, but the 95 frosts took forever.

Sorry to hear that, Averd. Though we try to help whenever possible it is also important to keep in mind that our Developers have implemented methods for players to correct mistakes themselves which will hopefully allow us to assist with other areas. :)
